On average, a pitch raise is only one extra pass on a piano 15-35 cents flat. Pianos that are more than 35 cents flat could require two extra passes. The total cost is then $40.00.

Vacuum piano out. Blowing dust out from under the strings. Removing action and keys to vacuum under them. Cleaning grime off of the key tops.
